    A 45-minute call to understand your context, your governance structure, and what questions leadership is trying to answer.

    Instrument deployment

    We stand up the assessment for your organization on its own subdomain. Members participate anonymously on any device.

    Data collection window

    A two- to four-week participation window with built-in nudges and live participation tracking visible to leadership.

  4. 04

    Analysis and reporting

    Consultant-led analysis produces a written report, an executive summary, and a recommended path forward for the leadership team.

    Leadership readout

    A facilitated session with your board or senior team to walk through the findings and decide on next steps together.
