Section

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using technologyinministry.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms; continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Section

Description of services

The Site is the marketing and information presence of Technology In Ministry LLC. It describes our services, presents case studies of work we have delivered, and provides a means for prospective clients to make contact with us.

Software platforms TIM builds and operates for specific clients — for example, the Organizational Assessment Platform, Member Messaging, and grant infrastructure — are governed by separate contractual agreements between TIM and the client organization, not by these Terms of Service.

Section

User conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Site, its infrastructure, or any associated systems;
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content for use outside the purposes for which the Site is published;
  • Submit false or misleading information through the contact form or any other input mechanism;
  • Introduce malware, scripts, or any other code intended to interfere with normal operation;
  • Use the Site or its content to harass, defame, or impersonate any individual or organization.
Section

Intellectual property

The Site itself — its design, copy, code, imagery, and the case-study narratives published here — is owned by Technology In Ministry LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and link to public pages; you may not reproduce, republish, or build derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

For software TIM builds for a specific client under a separate contractual agreement, intellectual-property ownership is governed by that agreement. Our default posture is that client code is delivered to a client-owned repository and client data lives in the client’s own cloud subscription — clients retain ownership of their own data and content.

Section

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep the information accurate and the Site operational, we make no warranties — express or implied — about completeness, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Case-study figures, dollar amounts, and architecture descriptions on the Site reflect the deployments as they existed at the time of publication and may not reflect the current operational state of those engagements. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, accounting, regulatory, or tax advice.

Section

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Technology In Ministry LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Site. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Section

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any action arising from or related to these terms or the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Section

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date; we recommend reviewing this page periodically.
